Dynamic VBA Menus

Dynamic VBA Menus
There’s nothing more boring and dated than that static menu on the left of your forms or worksheets.  I knew there had to be a more dynamic way to improve menus and make them as slick as anything you have seen.  This is my take on a dynamic menu that is infinitely variable.

What is particularly notable is how the hover effect is achieved, specifically, when you hover over a button in the first column:
1. The button changes color.
2. The menu expands to show the choice.
