Dynamic Gantt Chart with open code
In this video, I demonstrate how to create a dynamic Gantt Chart in Excel using VBA, including annotated "Event" diamonds to highlight key moments, like delays due to vandalism or bad weather. You'll learn how to:
Use VBA to create and add shapes (rectangles and diamonds) for chart visualization.
Add event-specific code to these shapes to highlight project milestones and delays.
Incorporate form-based popups to provide additional details for each event.
